IN MEMORIAM GIFTS

Traditionally when a friend or loved one dies flowers are sent to the family of the deceased to show respect, to demonstrate that they share their loss, and to celebrate a life well-lived. Increasingly, in lieu of flowers, many people prefer to make a donation to a not-for-profit organization as a tangible and permanent way to pay tribute. An In Memoriam donation to the ICSC Foundation is a meaningful way to pay tribute to the memory of someone who cared about the industry they were dedicated to.

HOW WILL YOUR GIFT BE USED?

Gifts make a difference and support the programs of the ICSC Foundation, such as scholarship and community support activities that support our industry. When In Memoriam donations are made to the ICSC Foundation, we respond to each donor with a personal letter and tax receipt. As well, a letter is sent to the next of kin, keeping them up-to-date with all donations that have been made in memory of their loved one. We will identify the donor but we will not identify the amount given.
