THE CHARLES GROSSMAN GRADUATE SCHOLARSHIP

Two $10,000 scholarships are available to full time graduate students (and part time students who are working full time), who are also ICSC members and indicate a preference for a career in retail real estate. This scholarship also covers the cost of attending the annual award ceremony at the RECon conference in Las Vegas, Nevada in May. The recipients of these scholarships will be named as ICSC Foundation Grossman Graduate Scholars.

THE SCHURGIN FAMILY FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIP

The $5,000 Schurgin scholarship is available to full time undergraduate students indicating a preference for a career in retail real estate, real estate development or shopping center leasing. This scholarship also covers the cost of attending the annual award ceremony at the RECon conference in Las Vegas, Nevada in May.

THE UNDERGRADUATE REAL ESTATE AWARD

The ICSC Foundation is proud to announce the Undergraduate Real Estate Award Program. The award program established in 2009 will annually provide 25 $1,000.00 awards to a junior or senior enrolled in a collegiate undergraduate real estate program that demonstrates exceptional potential for a career within the retail real estate sector.
The program has two primary objectives:

This award is to be used for student tuition and related expenses. In addition, the recipient will also receive a free ICSC student membership for one year and other benefits geared to enhance their academic path.

FIALA FELLOWSHIP

Launched in 2010 the ICSC Foundation Fiala Fellowship program annually recognizes an outstanding professional under the age of 30 who personifies Mary Lou Fiala's passion and commitment to retail real estate, and has the potential to make a lasting contribution to the industry. Fiala Fellowship Candidates are evaluated on the basis of professional excellence and active commitment to helping others through service in their communities, profession or fields of research.

KIERAN P. QUINN VILLANOVA UNIVERSITY UNDERGRADUATE AWARD

The Kieran P. Quinn Villanova University Undergraduate Award was established in 2011. It annually provides one Villanova University Student with a $1,000 award to a junior or senior studying real estate and who demonstrates exceptional potential for a career within the retail real estate sector. This award is for student tuition and related expenses. In addition, the recipient will also receive a free ICSC student membership for one year.
